Size up! Ordered 18-24 month for my 15 month old (50th percentile for weight) and it fits just right. I'm worried once it's washed and/or she grows at all, it'll be too small. The neck hole is also pretty tight.

I purchased this in a 5T for my slender 4YO and am surprised at how fitted it is. I think it will fit my little one for this season, but will not make it to 5YO. The sizing needs to be relabelled.
