I got this shirt in multiple colors. I have a 48-in bust, size XL from Old Navy usually fits. This runs REALLY large, I originally ordered XL and it was like a tent, so I returned those and got the large, which looks much better. I love the cut and the puffy sleeves, the white material is practically see-through though.
