I know this is a man's bag but Mamas this your bag! I can fit it as a little diaper bag with 2 diapers wipe pack a diaper mat my first aid kit my wallet my phone like this is the bag! And the color is cute too matches with everything
The bag is much smaller than it appears. It also has absolutely no structure. The cross body strap acts like a cinch, so the bag is squished and it can't be adjusted because the strap is sewn directly to the bag, it might be better if you removed it and reattached by adding a D-ring and clip, but th...at's a lot of effort for a mediocre bag.

So I bought this to make it a medical bag for epi pens and such for an upcoming flight. I was going to actually add appliques and sewn on instructions, but it turns out that it's really cute. I know it's supposed to be a man bag, but it kind of makes a perfectly comfy woman purse for those of us who prefer (or for medical reasons need) to keep things on the smaller and lighter side.
