A good choice for these Summer dresses

I was hoping for a bralette that would work with a few summer dresses I had choose previously because nothing I had worked right so I thought I would give this one a try it works. I got this according the the chart in an XL. I wear a 38DD, and I was hanging out of it. I can't even wear it around the house. Not true to size.
