I'd say these aren't up to the task of weight lifting as they're a bit see through. Great deal for athleisure though, super comfy. Great for low impact workouts as there's not much holding power.
Didn't love these. The bottom seam is digs in and gives your thigh a weird shape. Pass. They were true to size.
