I bought 12-18 month and when taking it out of the package I was surprised at how small it was. It stretched outward but not as much down. My baby is 11 months and this is snug on her.

Very cute, but my kiddos have larger heads so the fact that it has a complete circle neck and not the flappy boat neck style(that's standard for baby clothes )it's a little hard to get over my little ones head.
