Spice girls shirt runs small

Great shirt- but it's an official spice girls merch shirt, not old navy made. It's a good shirt- but runs a little small in comparison to old navy sizes. I just bought a second one a size up hoping it will fit our toddler better.

Bought a 2T for my 17m old bc the reviews said it ran small and even that was soo small! It's especially tight in the armholes. Disappointed. Also bought the BSB one and washed them both before wearing so now I can't exchange either or the next size up grrrrrr old navy, whyyyyy

Its a coincidence that we are attending a 90's / 2000's birthday party and she's rocking girly it! Its comfy and true to its size. My little one has a small body frame but with a long torso, so its a lose slightly cropped but she really nailed the fit!
