These are actually my favorite jeans with some trial and error. First, the slouch fit means a such fit—these will dry to a nice polished fit and within an hour will be very slouchy, everywhere. I am right at an 18 now and could size down to a 14, as the 16s are also a bit more slouchy than I prefer.... So long as you get the sizing right, cannot recommend these highly enough. They are not a low rise, they are a true mid-rise, but I'm tall with a long torso, so I prefer this. These are the jeans you had in high school and would have had on every episode of Boy Meets World. A perfect loose straight leg with a little back in the hips that give some shape without being tight. The denim is a good, thick weight that retains structure even when they stretch out throughout the day. Look great with boots and loafers. I love the midwash and dark wash and will be buying multiples because I love them so much. These will stretch in the waist throughout the day so unless you have wider hips, size down.
I realize it's hard to find jeans that fit comfortably and achieve the fit you want, but it gets a lot harder when you're relying on inaccurate measurement advice from the website and reviews that offer no details that might help approximate fit. For reference, I'm 5' 9" and about 135 lbs. I initi...ally bought these jeans in a size 8....they didn't fit like boyfriend jeans....they fit more like grandfather jeans. At least 2-3 sizes too big....although offered a very good laugh when tried on. So I went for a size 4....still too big across hips and butt. I like loose...but not a vertical fold on my bum. I'm not looking for anything that's earth shattering....just a pair of real cotton denim jeans that fit so well you can fall asleep in them (and NO....not the sweatpant kind!!). I already own lycra-rich jeans that make you feel like you're wearing compression underwear and I think most people agree that most of us would like to go back to 'real denim'. Unfortunately while these jeans met that requirement....the fit leaves a lot on the table. Hope this review help others that are looking...sad they weren't for me.

Obsessed with the slouchy look (Pro tip: Size down) "I love these! They have that effortless, cool-girl slouch. I'm usually a size 2 (I'm 5'4" and 105 lbs), but the 2s were massive on me. I swapped them for a 0 and the fit is spot on. They hit right below the belly button and give you that relaxed vibe without looking like you're swimming in denim. Definitely size down one full size!

10/10 I like that they weren't too baggy or too tight…I'm 5'9 and 195 lbs I for sure could have sized down to a 10 Tall. In other jeans I'm a 14 but in old navy jeans I'm a size 12 Tall. This explains how stretchy and comfortable they are I LOVEEEEEE Old Navy jeans. 🔥

I love the way these jeans fit. They are not tight but don't look sloppy or too big. I am not tall but these jeans give me some length because of the way they are cut. The denim is also very solid and the dark wash looks great.

went to old navy in person to try on some jeans. really liked the style of these jeans but i do agree they run very big. for reference i also tried on the high rise og straight jeans & the 10 fit me perfect but with these i had to size down to a 6. maybe it's better to go try them on in person. i wish they also had them in black, would have definitely got them in that color also.
