I've owned over 15 pairs of black Stevie Skinny pants (leggings) in my lifetime. I absolutely love the thickness of the material and how it is high waisted. It is so comfortable without it looking like leggings. When Stevie pants first came out, it's been my favorite pants for years. Then ON decided... to update the pants and have this exposed elastic waistband that caved outward from my back waistline where you could see the waistband even under a sweatshirt. I saw two versions of this leggings listed when shopping online and thought this one was new from the lack of reviews. I jumped in just to see and it's ALMOST just like the original Stevie leggings/pants I fell in love with. The exposed elastic is covered again. The only main difference is the pintuck line going down the front and back of each leg. It's more exposed than the simple seams it used to have. I do wish the pintuck line wasn't there but for now I'll rejoice a bit.
I love everything about these. the material the style, the waistband is way better and now that they're not the exposed elastic on the top. So much more comfortable to wear. wear. But I will say I'm disappointed in is that they are not skinny to the ankle. So even in the petite I'm wearing a large p...etite. if you wear a little booty with them, it's not actually a skinny to your leg where the booty or shoe shows in a flattering way. these pants are meant for like sandals or a loafer type shoe. I bought a bunch of them thinking I would love them, but we'll be sending them back and only keeping one or two pairs just because I do like them for certain shoes. But I was hoping to have a more ankle skinny pant.
