Heart Knee Jeans Ripped after one day

I got these heart knee jeans for my daughter for her birthday, after one day of wearing them, the heart part on one leg ripped. I usually don't have problems with old navy jeans, but these ones seem to be not well made. She's three so usually not heard on her clothes.
