I loved the Dynamic Fleece joggers for women last year, but I was not a fan of the DF sweatpants or barrel pants this year. So, I decided to try the men's versions. I have both the men's joggers and cargo pant, and I think this cargo pant is my new favorite! I'm 5'10.5", 215lbs, with a 35" inseam. I... fall between a L/XL Tall in women's sizing, and the LTall in men's sizing fits me perfectly! These easily fit over my large bottom, thighs, and calves, and the un-cinched length hits the floor. I love the fabric of the DF line!
Old Navy should always carry the straight dynamic fleece pants with zipper pockets as a standard pant, everything is tapered now a days, and this one is a cargo pant! Not useable for those older guys with bigger calves.

I have 4 pairs of these paants. They are wonderful and comfortable. The bottom of the pants is loose and not like the other joggers that have an elastic typed band at the bottom.
