My daughters these boots so much! She wants to wear them all the time and the weather is still warm. she's between 9 or 10 right now and the 10 fits perfectly. I've found that ON little kid sizes are maybe a half size smaller than many other brands. So happy with our purchase!

These match every outfit with the tan color and the heart is the perfect extra addition
My 5 year old is a size 10 and she says they fit but I think sizing up to an 11 would be better since they are narrowed at the top of the shoe. Other than that, these are comfy for her and so beautiful.
