Living in Pennsylvania, the winters can be cold at times and sometimes not so much. This coat is perfect for those really cold days as well as the days where it is not. My parents also live in pa, but in an area where they get more snow. This will be perfect!
I love the look of this jacket and it keeps my little one warm. However, she is like a stuffed sausage in it. Unfortunately I washed it before her first wear so I doubt they will take it back. I ordered a size 6-12 month for my 18 lb 9 month old and it is almost too small already and will certainly ...not fit through this winter even.
