Never received shipment but still charged

I attempted to dispute being charged for these after I never received them as part of my order, but Old Navy denied my claim and told me to work directly with my bank for resolution. Very disappointed and will not be shopping here again.

I'm super picky about socks and old navy has yet to let me down. Barely feels like I am wearing socks which I LOVE. I HATE feeling the seams and I don't feel them at all in these.
