A very classy, classic dress! It lays nicely, is a good length (I'm 5'11" and it hits me around the calf), and the material feels nice. The one shoulder look is different and flattering. The one thing I don't like is the seam that goes across the front of the dress, hitting me awkwardly above my nat...ural waist. It would have been nice if it had been two pieces and only stitched up the sides -- or three panels and you have one going down the back as well - but slicing through my ribcage looks a bit cheap. But for the price and fit and quality, that odd seam can be forgiven!
I want to preface this review by saying that I am a diehard Old Navy shopper. The quality and value of their clothing is impeccable. No matter how much I lose or gain, the clothing always fits well. With that said, I received this item packaged inside out and crumbled. It was obvious the dress was ...previously worn and returned, which I'm sure customers receive previously worn items. For the person who package the time to not the time to package it outside in and folded neatly, is unacceptable. I returned the dress, of course, and will never know if it fit my frame. I'm anxiously awaiting another dress and items that were apart of my order and hope that they will not present as the dress did. *crossing my fingers*
