My preteen daughter picked this halter top from the clearance section of the store. The fabric is very soft and stretchy. We washed it and it did not fall apart. We're going on vacation soon and she needed some new clothes.
This is a MIDRIFF halter. No way it fits at hip unless the child has a really short torso. Glad I didn't pay much for it as I cannot return it.
