I got an XXL cause I'm pretty fat but I should've sized down at least two sizes. For context, I'm 5'6", 220lbs, and a 48" bust if that helps anyone out. If you want a relaxed fit, get your normal size. Want it more oversized, get a size up. Also, I was able to shrink it a bit in the wash on high he...at, so you should account for that too.
