I bought the navy and black pants along with the Pixie Never-Fade Ankle Pants, and they have a similar if not exact same fit. There is plenty of stretch and the waist is not constricting. I occasionally dress up instead of wearing scrubs for my medical work, and these pants pass the squat test! You ...can squat very comfortably without any undesirable exposure. My only disappointment is that the back pockets are not real. Highly recommend! I have attached photos of how the size 8 petite looks. I am 5'2" and approximately 150lb.
These pants are great quality, I'm just a little disappointed in the rise. To call them high waisted is a stretch. I'm keeping them because I love the color (maroon) and the stretchy material. The petite length is also perfect for me, and it's hard to find pants that I don't have to hem. For referen...ce, I am 5'3" and 130lbs, and the petite size 4 was perfect. I just wish I could find a good pair of work pants with an actual high rise!
