I'm 16 weeks pregnant and my workout leggings/shorts were already tight and uncomfortable, so I ordered these and they're so comfy! I ordered 1 size up from my pre-pregnancy size. They don't fall down at all now at 16 weeks but also definitely have enough stretch to accommodate further belly growth.... They're not super compression so they can sometimes ride up a bit.
Pre pregnancy I am always an XS for Old Navy bottoms. I sized up to S for these bike shorts, but the panel is still way too tight for a third trimester bump. The fabric is soft and thick.

These are so comfortable!! Plenty of stretch in the belly band. My only complaint is that the top of it has a small section that just is too big for the area above my bump and it leaves a little fabric just loose and folded up under my boobs/above my bump. It's not enough to be super noticeable with the shirts I wear, but I still feel it lol. It's like that excess fabric you get at the top/back of your jeans sometimes lol. But otherwise these are the comfiest! Material feels buttery smooth and does well hiding my underwear lines.

These are great! Very comfortable material and look great with an oversized Tee or even an athletic crop top. I will say, I got a large (I can very between a M or L with pants) and they are a bit too big in the top waist at the moment. I am only 4 months along though so I imagine that I will appreciate the extra room come a few months from now.
