I am slender build, about 5'5" usually a xs and it fit perfect! It's a higher waist on me and definitely a fitted look but perfect with the slits on either side, so it's easy to walk, sit and move around. Airy like the linen pants they sell, and it comes with a side zipper and a clasp for a better... fit (please do this with your linen pants old navy! The waist band is always too big even in xs petite!) - I bought both colors and am excited to wear them!
I'm an 8-10 in bottoms and usually find that Old Navy runs small for me. I tried medium and large in this skirt and the medium was way too small. It had to be really high on my waist to fit and was really snug on the hips. The large is almost too big. I didn't even have to unzip them to get them on ...and it's a more flowy look instead of the slim look on the model. I ended up keeping the large because they work best for what I need but they weren't the fit I was hoping for.

I bought this skirt in black and tan last year, and they were on rotation all summer long. Best believe that they will be in rotation again this summer! I am 5'6, 135 pounds, and the medium fits perfectly. This is the perfect skirt for a business casual or laid-back work environment, and it can easily be worn outside of work as well.
