I am middle-aged and short-waisted with a wider waist compared to my hips. Usually, high waisted pants are very uncomfortable for me, too tight in the waist. Not only are these very comfortable, but they also fit my hips (instead of being baggy), which never happens! I got the dark blue and the blac...k, I'm also considering getting the white. I hope Old Navy will offer these in a medium blue, and also a longer version for winter. I cannot say enough good things about this fit! If you are built like me, you may want to size down by one size, you don't need a larger size for the waist to fit.
I was really distraught at first because I didn't think I could get these past my thighs. Weirdly, once I fought with them a little bit and got them on they fit like a glove and didn't look too tight and were really comfortable, so I'll keep them. I am between sizes and almost sized up but suspect t...hat they would have been loose in an unflattering way, which is what usually happens to me when I size up. I hope they'll stretch out a little. I'm only giving three stars for how hard they are to get on. If they're going to be a pull-on they should be stretchier. Otherwise should have had a side zipper. Think of the saddle bag women.

I had to return for a larger size. I love the dark wash and the silhouette. I'm 5'4" and got the 26" regular inseam, which is perfect for crop length. The pull on style is easy, especially with the larger size.
