I found this top to be very breathable, lightweight, and feminine. The smocked waist and peplum are super flattering. It was a bit too voluminous in the shoulders though for me. This blend of cotton holds structure very well, and the puff of the sleeves starts at the neckline rather than the shoulde...rs, so it added a lot of volume to the traps area. I think if you're someone who's looking to add the illusion of volume up top this blouse would be amazing, but it's a bit too much volume if you've already got wide shoulders or a fuller figure. The neckline is low cut, but because of how the cups are constructed it's very secure and doesn't gape at all so it's less cleavage than you'd expect
The sleeves are very puffy and I feel like the chest area was the only place you'd look at when I walked into a room. And I'm a 32/C. I can't imagine someone who's busty or maybe they'd like the attention. The fabric is great and it's not see-through (I bought the white). I can't recommend or not re...commend. You either like this look or you don't.

The fit is amazing! It accentuates my curves and is not too tight because of the stretch in the smocking. The puffy sleeves are very cute too. Getting it at such a great price was just the icing on the cake!
