The Athletic Tech Chino Pants from Old Navy are excellent. They easily compete with much more expensive brands at a fraction of the price. The fit is comfortable from the waist all the way down the leg, and the athletic taper is spot on. They provide just the right amount of room through the calf and ankle, never feeling too tight or too baggy. Overall, they're a great value and one of the best fitting chinos I've worn.

These fit me perfectly. I'm a 34x34, 6'4" with large quads. I've struggled for a long time to find "athletic fit" pants that are big in the thigh but still taper down to my ankles and don't bell bottom out. These are the perfect in-between. Bought three pairs and will be purchasing more.
