Waistband needs elastic

I wanted to love these. The feel of these fabric is fantastic. However, the waistband needs elastic. Folding over a stretchy fabric and calling it waistband doesn't cut it - the waistband constantly slips down and you have to yank it back up. Please Old Navy, spring for some elastic in the waistband...

I bought a size tall bc they were on a super sale as I was hoping they were a little loose on my ankles. with circulation issues, sometimes it's nice to not have anything right on my ankles. These will do the trick
