This skirt is so colorful, fun, and sparkly!! Perfect to make a little one feel special on their birthday!
After about 9 months of occasional wear, the silver is coming off at an alarming rate. And allllllll over the place. It's in my twins hair, stuck to their faces, one got a speck in her eye.. the tiniest little flecks. They wore them & for a week I was finding small silver specks nonstop. I had to ge...t them out of the house. They're adorable! But poor quality.
