long enough sleeves and shirt length

Couldn't be happier with the fit. This is actually long enough in sleeves and shirt length to fit my tall and slim husband. Really difficult to find shirts that fit and so thankful Old Navy carries these extended sizes.

awkward neckline

the shirt wants you to either leave it unbuttoned or buttoned to the top necktie button. If you plan this wear this business casual, skip it. You'll be fighting the collar all day.

Old Navy always fits right with their slim fit tall sizes. Every other retailer that have tall sizes available, the shirt just get ls to be more like a 4XL or 5XL when ordering 2XL-Tall. Old Navy shirts fit like a 2XL with just the eight extra amount of length.
