I purchased these in a 7 in grey. They are very comfortable. I then purchased the beige in three different sizes: 7, 6.5 and 6. None of the beige versions fit properly. Received these flats quickly. I love them but they were 1/2 size too big. I returned them and immediately re-ordered another pair in my size. A day later Old Navy said they received them and my refund was on the way and so was my new order. It was a pleasure to deal with Old Navy.
