I saw these shoes online. I thought they would be a good, go to shoe and the price was good. I typically wear a size 7 1/2 but I ordered a size 8 just to be sure of the fit. When the shoes arrived I loved the look, color and feel of shoe but it appeared about two sizes too large, way too big. So I r...eturned the shoes and reordered a size 7 because of the large fitting of the size 8. But when 7 arrived it fit but felt uncomfortable to stand in because it needed to be just a little bigger, my size 7 1/2. So I returned the size 7 and reordered 3 pair size 7 1/2 in each color. I have received them they fit good. Now I have black, gray and almond colors so what ever I pull out of closet, I have a shoe for. I would like to say that I especially like the scan return labels that Old Navy provides. Just package up item, take to post office and show scan label and that's it!!!! Old Navy processed returns very quickly and amounts were credited to my payment form promptly. Old Navy has became my go to for everyday clothing and their clothing is very soft and comfy and the prices are great, especially with their special discounts. Also, the ballet flats have a very comfy padding in the shoes and love the outside material.
I purchased these in a 7 in grey. They are very comfortable. I then purchased the beige in three different sizes: 7, 6.5 and 6. None of the beige versions fit properly. The beige ones do not hug your foot, they slip off the heel. They are also very short and cramped in the toe area. The show itself ...in beige is just shallow. The grey was perfect. Just letting others know that the cut is definitely different depending on the color. I had to return all of the beige ones.

I'm really happy with these flats. They look polished and cute for work, but they're still versatile enough to wear with almost anything. The cushioned insole makes a big difference, my feet stay comfortable even after wearing them all day. They're easy to dress up or down and definitely a great balance of comfort and style.
