I honestly wasn't expecting this dress to work for me at 6' 1" with a long torso but it was a nice surprise. The fabric feels smooth and drapes nicely with enough substance to keep the shape but not be overly thick, and built in undershorts work well. I wouldn't mind the skirt part being an inch or ...two longer but regardless, the cut and fit are right on. Would love to see more colors like slightly subdued darker greens and reds and blues. A print in this would be fabulous! The current color selection is decent. The magenta color is not outrageously loud which I appreciate. Keep it coming Old Navy!
The previous square neck version fit beautifully with no riding up in the thighs, through an entire summer of amusement park trips in Ohio and Florida. I wore this to a theme park in Florida without a trial run, because of how wonderful the previous version was. One hour into wearing this, knew I ...had made a horrible mistake. The fit was similar at the top, but the inseam much shorter in the legs than the square neck version, causing the shorts to constantly ride up. Luckily I had body glide and chafing gel on hand (that I didn't even need with the square neck version). This athletic dress did not fly home with me, and it went promptly into the trash after the long park day of constantly pulling the legs down. I did order multiple sizes, and went with the best overall fit, but, that shortened inseam made for an awful day.

I absolutely love this athletic dress! The sizing was accurate and fit exactly as expected. It's very flattering and comfortable to wear, with a fit that hugs in the right places without feeling too tight. So perfect for summer. Looks and feels great on! I'm generally in between s/m, 4/6 in sizing for both tops and bottoms and somewhat more athletic build. And I went with a small and it's a perfect fit for me. I tend to size up in sports bras bc 4s/smalls have generally been tight around my lats and shoulders but I'm glad I didn't. The top would have been too large on the chest (I'm a 32B), and too long (my 5"7") if I went for the medium. This is a dress you have to pull up from your feet, which sometimes I stay away from since I can't always get the fitted waist part to fit over my thighs or bum. But I was able to pull it up without having to fight with it.

I absolutely love this dress! It's comfortable, flattering and supportive. I wish the shorts were separate, but overall it's one of my favorite Old Navy purchases. I always receive compliments whenever I wear it!
