I've purchased 3 of these online over the past month. All 3 of them arrived crumpled and shoved in the blue shipping bag with no other protection. I forgave it with the first one because even though it was rainy and snowy, it didn't get damaged sitting at the front door so I moved on, loved it and b...ought 2 more colors. They arrived just now again without any packaging, and the first thing that falls out as I remove the crumpled mess is a blonde hair. Then I look closer and see 2 white dog hairs embedded in the navy blue fabric. I'm black haired with no pets. Then I keep turning it and keep finding more hairs, fibers, lint, etc. This explains why there is no packaging; they are mailing out returned items. I'm in shock because these items are Tall and only sold online, so that means all 3 of these I received were online returns. They only had proper packaging for the first woman to order them. They have tags but no plastic. I'm disgusted and don't even want to cut the tags and wash these, I just want a new item. But of course, the Tall Large sizes are sold out now. I'm at a loss and honestly considering escalating this. I've been buying from Old Navy online for almost 20 years and I've never had anything like this happen.
I was super excited when this sweater arrived, as it seemed to check all the boxes. I bought the black one, and it is a true black. The fabric is fantastic, it's a heavy weight material. The problem is the pockets. They are very generously cut, which would normally be a win in my book. But beca...use the fabric is so thick, and the pockets are so big, they sit directly on my hips and are super puffy. I'm a small woman, 5'5 and 135 lbs. It made me look dumpy and fat. These pockets DO NOT lie flat, and are not flattering to the figure. I ordered one size down from what I normally do, and still it looked like I had feed bags sitting on both my hips. I had to return it. :(

Sooo soft and warm! I have so many sweaters and thought i might end up returning this as a result but i have not taken it off since i got it home so I think its a keeper! Since its open front I don't overheat and i can easily overlap the sides if extra coziness is needed.
