Great fit & look, just didn't wash well.

The sweater is a great color (crimson) and fits true to size. I laundered it PER THE INSTRUCTIONS on the tag, but it shrank a little and looks... worn (like it's been washed 10 times). It's also not nearly as soft as before washing. I'm disappointed, because it has such great reviews and I had hoped...
