I'm 6'0" tall, 155lb and size 6 prior to pregnancy, currently 175lb in second trimester. I ordered size 8 regular (tall is out of stock) and it fit a little too tight, reordered in 10 regular and they fit great! A little short as expected but since these are supposed to be ankle length I think I can... get away with the cropped look. I like that the material feels like regular work pants with some stretch, other ones that I have ordered feel too spandex-y and casual. The belly area matches the color of the navy pants. I hope they will restock tall eventually. It is so hard to find any tall maternity clothes!
Purchased a size 4 that was one up from my pre-pregnancy size and the hips fit incredibly small. Went to a size 6 and it fit equally small. The quality of the pants feels nice but I don't want to go through the delivery and return by mail process for a third time. I'd recommend sizing two sizes up... if you have any kind of hips!

Sizes up (usually a L but got an XL as my thighs have definitely grown during pregnancy). That means they are no longer ankle pants, but that's fine. They look nice and professional! Feel so much more confident at work!

These look very nice and put together and are fairly comfortable too. I initially got a smaller size and decided to size up by one, and it made a huge difference in comfort. If you're between sizes I'd suggest sizing up.
