I have a very average sized, slim 20-month old and she needs to wear these in 3T. These are tiny. see-through/wear under a dress

these are cute and seem soft & comfy. be advised though they they are quite see-through (we got the yellow & mint colors) & have a tight fit. a good option for under a summer dress/tunic but wouldn't rec for an outfit with a shorter top.
