Shirt not true to size and decal started randomly coming off while wearing it.

This came from some third party, not Old Navy and it is not sized according to Old Navy sizes. Ordered an XL and it is more like a girls medium. Also returning by mail I can't return with my other Old Navy items, I was directed to request a return from some other site and have to wait for my return to be reviewed and approved before I can be instructed how to return. I did not expect this from Old Navy! There is no indication on the product page that this is a third party order!!!! I shop from Old Navy for the consistency and ease of online returns. Old Navy is really letting me down last couple times I ordered, may have to find another place for buying kids clothes.

The material does not stretch what so ever. My daughter is 8 and I got her 10/12 and it was super tight and small. This shirt is from a third party not old Navy. Old Navy clothes are true to size.
