When will my order be ready for pickup?

You’ll receive an email within 2 hours letting you know it’s time to pickup your order. If your order was placed after 4PM, you'll receive an email the following day.

How long will you hold my order?

We’ll hold it up to 5 days from the time you receive the confirmation email.

What happens if I don’t pick up my order on time?

After the 5-day mark, your order will be returned and your original method of payment refunded.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yep. Just make sure they have both their government-issued photo ID and your confirmation email (printed or email version is fine).

Where do I go to pick up my order?

Just look for the navigational signs when you enter the store or holler at an associate — most stores have a designated pickup at the registers (you can skip the line!) and/or fitting rooms.

Can I select certain items to pick up and have others shipped?

Yes. You can do this at the online checkout by selecting Buy Online, Pickup In-Store for certain items, and selecting your preferred shipping method for the rest.

When will my credit card be charged?

A hold is placed once you complete the order, but your card isn't charged until the items are placed and ready for pickup.

What if the price I paid is different than the price on the item or the current selling price?

We'll honor the lowest price for you, no worries.

Can I cancel my order pickup?

Yup! Just call the store you designated for pickup for assistance. (Pro tip: You can find the number using our store locator, here.) If you don’t call to cancel, and you don’t pick your order up within the 5-day period, your order will be canceled automatically.

Can I return pickup items at the store?

Any associate can help you process the return, just bring the confirmation email.

Is my item valid for return within 45 days of when I placed the order OR when I pick up?

The 45-day return policy begins on the date that your order is ready for pickup.

I've got a giftcard! Can I use it as a form of payment for my BUY ONLINE, PICKUP IN-STORE purchase?

Bad news: no. Good news: tons of other awesome stuff you can use it on, online and in-store.
